The Geriatric Dental Clinic at Yad Sarah House serves older people with financial need, a segment of the population whose dental needs are greatly underserved.

In Jerusalem and through the Clinic's mobile units, volunteer and staff dentists provide the full range of care for older patients, addressing issues with gums, prosthetics, restoration and more. Specialists such as oral surgeons and periodontists provide care on a part-time basis, as needed.

Mobile dental units make house calls, bringing full scale professional dental care to homebound patients.

A new training program for Dental Assistants was launched by the Dental Clinic, offering Haredi women a chance to learn valuable skills to ensure employment and earn income to help support their families.  Students complete a 10 month course and clinical rotations in preparation for a national certification exam.

Yad Sarah's Geriatric Dental Clinic is one of the few gerodontic centers in the world; it is also a postgraduate teaching clinic working under the supervision of the Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Dental Medicine.

The clinic is located at Yad Sarah House 124 Herzl Blvd. Jerusalem.
