A young client, “Tamar,” routinely received care and rehabilitation support treatment at Yad Sarah’s Day Rehabilitation Center in Ra’anana. However, as her health condition deteriorated, traveling to the center became increasingly difficult.
For two months, "Tamar” was homebound.
Upon learning that "Tamar” was unable to access regular treatment at the branch, Yad Sarah physiotherapist Lucy Harish visited the patient at home to assess her condition firsthand and better understand the barriers she was facing.
At the end of the home visit, Lucy gave "Tamar” a personalized evaluation of her needs ensuring that her treatment could continue safely and remain accessible.
