Yad Latomech, “A Helping Hand,” is a support and counseling service for family members who care for their loved ones.

Caregivers take on the responsibility of caring for others, which can cause a sense of isolation and depression. Yad Sarah’s Yad Latomech program provides help and hope to these individuals.

Yad Sarah volunteers determine whether caregivers require group or one-on-one emotional support through an assessment, while validating their challenges and offering support to manage any feelings of anger.

Yad Sarah currently offers Yad Latomech services at branches in Jerusalem, Ra’anana, Rishon LeZion, Beersheva, and Maale Adumim, with plans to expand.
